Multiple Attacks

The Taliban have attacked three police stations in Lahore, and bombed Kohat and Peshawar. This, merely days after the attacks in Rawalpindi, and the earlier attack in Peshawar.

In related news, I've just been reading a think-tank report describing the array of government and taliban forces expected to clash soon in Waziristan. The predictions are grim at best.

The key to all this must be cooling tensions with India. Pakistan simply has too many enemies at this point, and we're simply never going to get anything out of fighting a country 6-10 times our size (depending on what you count).
